Herbology
Sowa Rigpa has a rich tradition of herbology. Everything is made from the elements and as such has elemental properties. This is the same for herbs and plants. Thousands of herbs have been studied for thousands of year to understand their elemental properties and how they can restore balance. Some herbs actually target specific organs. So herbs can be a vital part of restoring elemental imbalances that may arise.

I list here various herbs that I have personally studied, so it is by far not an exhaustive list. These herbs are also compounded together to form supplements that help the body address very specific symptoms. As time goes on, I will continue to add and improve.
