Dec 6th, 2024 Patient Summary

Before 2019: Constipation, Heart can't take running too fast. Iron deficiency. Surgery in highschool at 16 in rectum.

Diagnosed 2019 for Breast Cancer. Very small tumor detected. Doctor said it was lucky they noticed it early. Managed to cut just a tiny bit of the breast. This happened in Dubai where she was living at the time. Did radiation after that.

Determined a few months later that the cancer was still in the breast so they needed to remove full breast and stop radiation. Full mastectomy of left breast. Was told no need for radiation. Can go directly to medication. Can do chemo if you want to, but not necessary. She did chemo to be safe.

After chemo started Tamaxofin for 5 years. Taking it regularly. Got fed-up with it. Doctor didn't care, The side effects were intolerable. This was in 2023. Doctor visits twice a year where they did regular Mammograms. Started feeling pain in back and the chest. Told doctor 6 months ago, but he said everything was fine, even though the pain was increasing. Doctor said keep monitoring and come back in 3 months (instead of 6 months). She was in Egypt in August where she did a Pet Scan. Saw that the cancer had spread to the spine and liver.

Came back to Canada and showed the doctor the Pet Scan. Did liver biopsy and confirmed it was the same cancer that was in the breast. It was Hermonal Positive (Estrogin). Negative Progesterone and the other one. Told to stop Tamaxofin. Then told to take alternate days (20 mg). Then stopped it. Aggressive treatment (Kisqali ribocicclib - 200mg) x 3 per day. Anastrozole one tablet a day (1 mg). Every month one infusion for bones. Every 3 months injection in stomach for ovaries suppression in order to lower the estrogen so it doesn't spread. But when ovaries are suppressed, other side effects come - pain in joints and bones. Address calcium issue caused by cancer.

Zometa injection. Zoladex injection.

Kisqali is reducing white blood cells. Affects liver enzymes. Do blood work every 2 weeks.

Liver Tumor: 4x2cm (two big ones), then smaller ones.

Spine: One stable tumor.

Focus of session was on her mental state. She was given permission to be weak and not to have to carry everything by herself. This made her soften and tear up. We discussed ways she could use her religion to feel carried and cared for and be able to open up and relax.

She left happy and optimistic. Made an appointment for Dec 13th, 2024

Both her and her husband seemed much more at peace today. She let me know she was able to carve out time for prayer and reflection and this was helping. Her mother is not living with her anymore so the fear created by her is less
Discussed diet and also emphasised the importance of not letting the cancer rule their lives. They already understood this and seemed in much better spirits. I reflected this to them
Did Horme on feet, hands and crown. Did gentle pushing of vertebrae on the side. She did feel pain in Tibetan 6 and possibly Tibetan 9 or 10. Liver? Explained to her to focus and feel what was happening and allow positive energy to be sent there.
Next meeting set for January 10th. She has enough pills until then.

So far, I had a deep sleep the day after the session and the day of the precious herb.Also, there is an improvement in the bowel movement.

I went today for my blood test and Zometa infusion, I got the results and I want to share it with you.

So far, I see a drop in the cancer antigen, improvement in the calcium and phosphate, and all the liver enzymes.

The things which still needs improvement is the anemia and the white blood cells.

I feel much better, thanks God, the most noticeable things are the digestion system, as I go to the toilet regularly and have good quality of sleep.

- Diet (what you have been eating? Are you fasting?)

My diet is with low carbs, no sweets, no meats. But instead of fasting , im doing intermittent fasting, with 18 hours fasting and 6 hours eating.

- Sleep quality (what are your patterns now?)

I sleep really good and deep, and I feel all the anxiety and worries are gone. But maybe due to the holiday, I couldn’t keep a steady pattern. Usually between 11 to 1 to fall asleep and between 8 to 10 to wake up.

- Fatigue levels during the day

No, thanks God, I dont have any fatigue.

- General digestion (Does it still feel good? What are the bowel movements like and what does the stool look like? Any blood in the stool?)

Now I go to the toilet regularly, everyday or worst case every day and a half, and the movement is easy with no constipation, however, some of the times the urgency in the movement caused some bleeding ( once or twice only).

- How is the pain? (better, worse, what areas if any?)

I feel points of pain in the liver mainly these days ( 2 spots) but its bearable and not persistent.Overall, I feel better.

- Mental state: are you still able to relax, soften, feel supported? General mood and optimism?

I feel back to my normal personality, worries and anxieties are less and I feel more optimistic and happy.

I have a good support from my husband, family and friends. And I feel that God is with me always guiding me to the right path.

I had a sudden rashes which appeared Jan 1st evening time, and it was spreading to my neck, upper back, hands and legs.

It stopped me from sleeping the whole night due to the itchiness and needle feeling, and by 6:00am we headed to the ER, they made blood test and urine test and spoke to the oncologist doctor who said it might be a reaction from the Kisqali and advised to stop it immediately, they wrote for me a medicine to have it for 5 days.

We came back around 1:00pm and I wasn’t asleep all night, so I slept and once woke up ate and took the tablets, Still I feel the itchiness but better than yesterday, I didn’t take any herbs today, due to the change in the daily routine.

BTW, the rashes happened before 12 days twice but it was mild, and that time I thought it was my new body cream so I stopped using it.

And yesterday I checked again my diet, I did not eat anything not usual, I did not start with the Wormwood yet.

With regards to your question, the bleeding in the stool is minor and it is with no pain and no constipation but the bowel movement is quick and with no control in some cases but the stool is not hard, the shape varies sometimes it shows like not clean stomach and sometimes normal, also there was itchiness in the anus few days ago and also yesterday during the rashes event.

the ER doctor said nothing notable except the white blood cells are low which does not align with a body response to bacterial or viral infection.

Once I explained to her that the Kisqali medicine I am on is reducing the white cells, she called my oncologist and asked me to stop Kisqali.They asked to reschedule an appointment with the oncologist again, who might change the treatment plan, will update you with changes.

Results Summary (Jan2nd)

Low: White blood count (3.1L). Hemoglobin (106L), Hematocrit (0.335 L) (but are improving)

New normal: MCHC (316 g/L)

Jan 10th, 2025 Session

Oncologist visit Jan 15th, 2025
She no longer feels the pain on the points of the spine. Liver also no pain, but just a feeling of foreign thing in the liver.
Oncologist suggested Nuclear bone density test at the end of the month.
Sleep is almost ok. Back to normal. Digestion after hospital: in one week only two bowel movements, but now it seems normal. No bleeding and normal. Good. Natural reaction.

Bowel movement not good. System is lazy.
How is sleep: staying up late. sleeping well, get up for kids and then sleep again.
Eating is fine. Appetite is fine.
No pain in spine, just feeling discomfort in liver. not discomfort, feeling of something foreign.
Strong and can vacuum. Missed gym for the last 10 days or so.
Very stressed out: doesn't feel like she wants to do all the effort to get well. It's overwhelming. Tried to give her the permission just to relax. She wants to disconnect from her children. Tried to convey that her children need more love not less even if she were to leave them. She teared up a bit.
Cranio: Feet, CV4, posterior heart. Very hard for her to relax and let go. I asked her to count her breaths, seemed to help a bit with relaxation.
She seemed to leave in a better more relaxed mood.

Also, Ahmed sent the bone scan results to the oncologist in Egypt and he had same opinion like yours, that you can’t compare a Pet scan to a Bone density scan and that this is the baseline and should be compared with other bone scans in the future.

Bowel movements every second day. Not hard, feeling cleared
Sleeping earlier, in bed before 11pm. Sleeping through. Yesterday only.
General feeling better than last time. But not as great as before
Waiting for CT Scan results (she did the scan yesterday).
Diet: Green juice might have started the rashes, but not sure, so she is not doing Green Juice. Did it once last week. Go with the flow. Rice and vegetables, Biryani spicy. Shrimp.
Ivermectin is a medicine considering they are taking. or Fendbendazole.
She wasn't very disciplined this week and it seems that made her more relaxed and happy. She also said her negative venting towards me last week really helped her. She felt she unloaded a lot and felt much more relaxed and optimistic. She felt guilty dumping negative energy on me (I tried to explain that I didn't receive it as negative)
Cranio: Feet, CV4, Occipital Palm: She gets very restless, her body and mind cannot rest. It is a bit better when I chat with her, but any time her body is about to rest, she immediately gets figidity again.
Placed her my hands on her spine while she was on her side. She seemed to be able to relax a bit more.

Next appointment with oncologist Feb 20th, 2025. Had injections (3 months, 3 weeks).
Digestion: So/So - every 2-3 days bowel movement and then purging. No menstruation for a while ago. Tamoxofin. When stopped tamoxafine, cycles came back. Reduced dosage of Tomaxafine and took it again. Blocking ovaries every 3 months. No menstruation.
Sleep is good. General mood and optimism and good. Goodish right now. 1-2 days of pessimism a week.
Alone time: prayed for a while. But now the parents are with her.

Sleep: fall asleep easily (Late, but ok). Sleep through. Wake up 8am. All good.
Digestion: Appetite, every 2 days / 2.5 days. Feel heavy and constipated and then it eventually explodes.

Sleep: very good. Worried that it's too good. Digestion is better - beginning week was constipation, now it is better, not sure why. Prunes. General well-being is good, only thing that was bad. No rashes, but eczema has started a little on the back of the neck (used eczema cream, but it seemed to have gone away. Dark skin. Very subtle, the neck is the most dark.
Hair is continuing to thin. From the Kisqali.
Blood tests: 10 days from now. (4 days Kisqali, 6 days wait and then blood tests).
Cranio: Feet, CV4, Spinal points on the side, Feet. Spoke about Prayer being presence and non-doing. After much discussion she seemed to accept that.

Digestion and appetite: Good, bowel movements last 3 days (most of the week it was good). Every 1.5 days. Everything good and soft and easy.

April 25th, 2025

The week was good. Running and playing at the cottage.
Lots of negative thoughts after the injury
Diegsion: good. Bleeding (probably) light. Sleep was good.

Oncologist meeting on Monday Apr 28th
She felt the pain in her back was due to the cancer. I did some gentle manipulation on her lower back while she was standing and it seemed to help relieve the pain which made her feel that maybe it wasn't due to the cancer. She seem uplifted.

May 2nd, 2025 Session

Digestion was good, but it's been a while. Bleeding stopped. (3 days ago).
Sleep: good. Sleep late and wake up early.
Physical pain got worse since last treatment and then it stared getting better: Lower back and left hip. Left hip become worse, dragging the leg. Wednesday: pain went from back pain to hip pain. Today much better. Walking is normal.
Pain is 3 (from 8).
Cancer Antigen 926 (the highest is has ever been!) It's more than doubled since last time. This is concerning. All other markers were much better and she seemed healthy. She was most worried about her back and leg pain.
Worked on her back and leg pain, tried to have her relinquish control. She has a very difficult time letting me move her limbs.

May 9th, 2025 Session

CT Scan next week (May 14th). Dermotologist appointment next week.
Ointment is helping with the dryness (Betaderm).
Digestion, bowel movements: Its been a while. 3 days (twice in one week). Was ok. Don't feel constipated or bloated. Feels normal. Less frequent. Appetite and eating: was ok. Juicing a little, but today started. Juicing and one meal after 18 hours. Green juicing and red juicing and one meal. Started today.
Friend went to Turkey to do the blood transfusion.
Dr William Makis from Alberta: got kicked out. He studied radiology (Carleton, McGill). Two medications: Anti pariciatical medicine: Ivermectin, Flabenastol.
Sleep is good.
Cranio: Feet, CV4, Sphenoid, Cradle, Feet. Bored and restless. Don't want to think of the negative. At this moment everything is good. No, not true. Kept repeating. She teared up.

May 16th, 2025 Session

Oncologist next Friday to decide what to do
Mayo Clinic workshop - breast cancer this week. TrueCap with Fulvestrant (approved a year ago in Canada).
Off Kisqali around 24th or 25th. Stay off for 1 week.
Went back to the dermatologist: mix between exczema and psoriasis. Reaction to the medicine.
PIK3CA, AKT1, or PTEN genes for TrueCap. Not sure what Fardous has.
Digestion: Bowel movements: 1.5 days but then Artemesia gave a better purge.
Food: light breakfast (Greek yoghurt and berries) and one big meal. Juicing.
Sleep is ok, but a bit anxious so sleeping later. Wake up for Fajr, but then sleep.
Looking at stopping the Kisqali or taking a break for 2 weeks: Oncologist meeting on Friday to decide.

Young friend who had cancer died. She is sad.
Discussion about herbs: they make her throw up with the new chemo medicine. She is off the chemo this week so will try to take them again.
Wants to take toxic medicines until her liver can't handle it.
Cranio: Feet, CV4. On stomach: Spine points (top 3) and then along either side of the spine warming lower back and kidneys.
Seemed ok afterwards.

July 18th, 2025 Session

How to take the herbs!
Digestion good, every 1.5 days. Sleep is good.
Some phyiscal pain comes and goes. Left hip, lower back and liver, maybe pain right hip.

Side effects: Tongue is sensitive, shape changing, cracks on tongue, not sore. Have a mouth wash, might start trying it.
Bowel movement and digestion good. Nausea less. If stomach is empty then feel nautious, that's why she eats a lot,
Normal diet: Fool and Bread, cucumber, pasta and mince meat. No sweets.

Aug 5th, 2025 Tests

Liver Enzymes: ALT down from 50 to 33 (almost normal 30). AST up by 1 (36 instead of normal of 25)
Cancer Antigen had its high of 2113 on June 24th, then Jul 16 1853, Jul 29th 1987 and now August 5th: 1699.
Hemoglobin still low, but not concerning as it seems that is her norm.

Aug 8th, 2025 Session

Her Medicine timing:

Dashel Morning - 11am, breakfast, chemo at 12pm

5pm Shilajit

6-7pm After Lunch Herbs

10pm-11pm Dinner Herbs, Chemo one hour after

Sometimes Chemo and then try to have one hour after.

Previous pills: Morning morning, when she wakes up.

Diet: a little bit of chicken or meat.

Sweets are significantly lower. Usually dates or buscuits. Dark chocolate with nuts.

CT Scan Sunday

Sleep at midnight and wake up at 8pm.

Digestion affected due to travel, but back to normal, it’s good.

Appetite fine, no.

Hiked down 2800 ft peak, 2 h 45 minutes

Cranio: Feet, On stomach: felt a real burning on upper spine so left my hands there, then gently moving down the spine. The burning heat disappeared after my hands were there. They seemed to calm them down. Supine: asked to do the same to the liver: felt burning calm down and also energy in the liver (noises and movements) started to dissipate. Seems to be doing something.

August 15th, 2025 Session

Stabbing pain in liver started when she got the CT results
Sleep around midnight, wake up 10 or 11am. One day on Thursday bad sleep.
Digestion: seems bad. No bowel movement for a few days. Nothing during travel. Went yesterday, bowel movement was normal. A bit soft.
Cranio: Feet. Worked on back: Very hot then cooled down. Each vertebrae and spine mobility. Liver also very hot then cooled down. She seemed more relaxed

Aug 22nd, 2025 Session

Cepcitabine is the current one.
Doctors call: Do you want to go on Pigray, but this causes diabetes
Dr heard about clinical studies of a new medicine but then Gnernal Hospital and not Queensway Carleton. Maybe it is TrueCap? Fulvestrant goes along with it.
She will stay 6 weeks on the cepcitabine (2 cycles).
They thought she should feel bad a lot more fatigue and have side effects, but she's fine

Digestion very good. Sleeping at 2:00am and waking up 9/10am. Sleep is good.
Pain: not consistent, but sometimes feel middle of spine (not consistent). Every 3 days, it comes up, but not very long. Liver: no pain. Only felt it on the day of the report. Energy levels are good.
Cranio: Feet, Prone/ Hands on spine. Spine was much cooler than last week where it felt like it was burning. Supine/Liver: a bit warmer than spine, but cooler than last week.
She is in a really positive state, acceptance, softness, trust. It's really nice to see.

She had pain on Aug 24th (Sunday). Went to a hot yoga session (advanced). Had back pain.
Stabbing pain on the liver (pins) when laughing Sunday night. Ate red meat.
She felt more stressed about the increase in the cancer antigen.
Cranio: Feet, Liver (felt tension there and released it). Spine (double hands) felt a lot of heat that disspiated. She seemed much calmer when she left.

Sep 6th, 2025 Session

Taking new Arabic herb, El-gothaf. Makes her go to the toilet a lot
Now she takes it in the afternoon, so doesn't wake up to go the toilet
Lower energy this week, maybe because of not sleeping. Fatigue better the last 2 days
Had pain in the back, but better now. Maybe due to groceries. Lower and upper pain
Left shoulder pain (maybe because of blood). Lymphnoee issue when she claps under armpits.
Bowel movements once every 2.5 / 3 days
Next blood test in 10 days. She might do one this week.

Pigray - hyperglaecimia side effect: immediate diabetes. TrueCap working AKT, but does not work with her gene mutation (Some are happy with it, but different type). SNV4818: only 18 patients all over the world in 4 locations (Australia, Texas, Canada) - a lady in Texas had very positive and have the same gene mutation. She started in Feb.
Arif Ali Awan is the new doctor. Flovesterent is another addition (enhances efficacy of the medicine).

Need to decide which treatment in the next coming days.

She has pain that started yesterday (in the hips left, then right. More pain in left hip. then the Liver, then the middle of the spine and then the shoulder. Feel in the bones. Over 10-15 minute. During the day was fine. Now only the left hip.
Tooth sensitivity started 4 days ago, but getting a little better
Sleep is good. Sometimes feel pain and then go back to sleep.
Digestion: starting to get not good. Number of bowel movements is less (once every 3 days), Not going everyday.
Started with juicing again.
Cranio: Feet. Liver, Back/Spine: Breathing, awareness, relaxation.

Digestion: 2.5 bowel movements a week, no constipation. Stool is normal. Drinking juice everyday.
Sleep: Waking up 2 times in the evening. Not the same as before. Takes 5-10 minutes to get back to sleep. Takes time to fall asleep
Tooth sensitivity is improving, but it's still there
Pain: left hip is consistently there, not high pain, but always feel it. No pain in the liver. Feel the lower back a little bit, but not constantly.
Cranio: Feet, Supine: C7/L1 hold, Liver, Feet. She seemed to relax and feel her spine soften.
Pulse seemed less firey than before

Oct 10th, 2025 Session

Phase 1 trial started on Oct 7th, before than Cancer Antigen went up to 2400
No side effects and she was fine after the hospital day (of tests)
Pain in the right rib that wasn't there before, feels like some nodes in the rib itself
Pain around T11 or T5
No side effects so far from the trial medicine
Digestion: once every two days. Good quality. No bloating
Sleep: Not good. Don't fall asleep easily. Wake up once in the night, but can get back to sleep fairly easy
Worried the first day.
Still applying flouride for tooth sensitivity. A bit better, but still not normal.
Still on Zometa (for bones) and Zoladex (to block Estrogen)
Cranio: Feet, Liver, C7/L1 Supine, Prone: hands along spine.
- Felt she relaxed and there was energy moving and potency building, lots of heat

Had pain on right rib, but is gone now (feeling nodes, but gone)

Side effect: metalic taste in the mouth (Side effect). Sores in the mouth went away
Felt pain on the spine for a while (middle one).
Digestion is good and appetite good. Once a day bowel movement. Normal consistency
Sleep is good. Sleep through the night.
